At this time I am not in network with any insurance companies.

 

The Lactation Network is an organization I have contracted with to bill certain insurance companies directly. This means that once approved by TLN, you can schedule your home or office visits with me at no cost to you. If you have Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO or Cigna PPO I encourage you to click the button below to request confirmation of coverage, as most but not all plans participate.

If you have another PPO plan I encourage you to reach out to them to see who is in-network. If they cannot provide you with an IBCLC within a reasonable distance you may consider filing an appeal or requesting gap coverage.​

 

The Affordable Care Act ensures access to breastfeeding support, supplies, and counseling. Lactation consultation services by an out of network provider may be covered by your insurance. I am able to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier. They may offer reimbursement for a portion of the service fee. Insurance coverage varies greatly and I cannot guarantee reimbursement. The National Women's Law Center has provided a toolkit to assist women in getting the coverage they are entitled to.
