Birth is a very transformative and vulnerable time. With my support you will have compassionate guidance through your postpartum experience. I am ready to meet you where you are on this journey and make your goals my own. While lactation is my passion, my priority is that you feel safe and supported. You are free to share your truth with me, without fear of judgement. Let me lift you up and support you in a way that builds confidence and reminds you of your extraordinary worth.

About Me

I am a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified  Lactation Consultant as well as a Postpartum & Infant Care Doula. I  am currently supporting families in Orange County by providing in home visits. I have been serving the birth community in various roles since 2012, both in and out of the hospital setting. I have breastfed two children and navigated my own challenges such as  painful latch, jaundice, low supply, tongue & lip ties, supplementation as well as postpartum depression and anxiety. I believe lactation is the ideal start for life earth side and feel blessed to have the opportunity to help families meet their goals!

Services

My offerings begin even before your sweet babe joins us earth side. I provide small group and private (in-home) education that will give you a solid foundation for feeding your baby and prepare you to navigate your lactation experience with confidence.

I can visit you throughout the postpartum period to provide guidance and reassurance. I will help you determine what success looks like to YOU and cultivate a plan to make it happen.

I can provide lactation consultations as an IBCLC, offering clinical support where I will assess feeding effectiveness and collaborate with you to make a care plan to reach your goals. I may offer referrals to other providers to utilize a comprehensive approach and can provide your healthcare team with reports as needed.

Referrals to qualified providers are made with consideration of appropriate need, urgency, location, personality and budget concerns. I do not receive nor offer referral fees.

Have You Heard?

Rachelle truly was my saving grace after I gave birth to my son. I was really struggling with breastfeeding and the baby blues. She always responded with such uplifting messages and came to my rescue when I was ready to throw in the towel with breastfeeding. She helped my son and I make it to over 2 years of exclusive breastfeeding! I was struggling with being a new mom and I’ll never forget her kind words and how she truly heard and understood every emotion I was feeling. Rachelle is just simply amazing
